Monoglass is a "New"! insulation product combining both "Thermal and Acoustic" properties in one application. This is a spray applied "Eco" friendly (49% recycled glass) product that is now available in Australia and New Zealand for the domestic and commercial building industry.(Aust / Standards Approved)

Monoglass insulation applies, "Thermal" + "Acoustic" combined application in a single spray-on system, for internal walls, roof voids, ceilings and under-floor slabs (concrete & timber structures) and supporting bond deck floor systems. Our spray applied thermal product, seamlessly encapsulates hard around all services, at around 38mm in thickness for an 'R1' thermal rating with virtually "NO" thermal dynamic containment losses, reducing heating and cooling (HVAC systems) running costs dramatically.

Monoglass insulation lets specifier's know have control over two issues in one, combining a spray applied thermal and 'Acoustic' (combined sprayed product) offering big advantages over conventional mechanical insulation materials that don't, offer such an advancement.

Monoglass thermal/acoustic, is a super slim-applied (space saving) fast application, which will cut project labour costs and project times, and has a certified class 1, zero smoke & flame spread, with no insect infestations issues and can be applied to concrete, timber, steel, plaster, most painted surfaces with no fixing or mechanical support ( unlike batts, blankets, and thermal boards).

Monoglass spray-on insulation product comes in, white or grey and when applied to any structure , is a one stop, complete finished film over walls, ceilings, under-floor insulation with no requirement to a-fix or add a covering facade to the insulation, for example; No need to fix a sub-ceiling or suspended ceiling or plywood coverings over the top of the insulation as in the case for unsightly batts / boards & insulation blankets, which at present is the norm, adding more costs to your projects. Monoglass starts and finishes as a single applied complete insulation system which looks like a finely troweled film you really only need to colour, as that's all you would require.
