Earthsave is a Brisbane based company dedicated to bringing sustainable products to home owners, builders, developers and architects looking to future proof existing and new build homes. By providing low impact solutions to make homes more energy efficient and healthy for their occupants, we can also reduce demand on the limited Brisbane resources and our environment.

We believe that ethical purchase decisions, made with consideration to reducing our collective environmental impact, empowers home owners and business to make a difference. For example, installing a solar system for your domestic hot water needs instead of an electric is the equivalent of taking a small car off the road.

We wish to make low impact solutions not only desirable and cost effective, but they must also be convenient, of the highest quality and meet our visual appearance criteria (it has got to look good as well as perform well).

All products are locally sourced as close to Brisbane as possible. Local labour is used for installations to reduce transportation and commuting carbon emissions.

Specialist components are minimised wherever possible.

Wherever possible, long term maintenance implications and cost estimates will be stated (we like low maintenance).



Earthsave's Product and Service Range

Solar Hot Water Systems
Earthsave are the exclusive Edwards Solar Hot Water domestic agent for Brisbane North, from the City to Caboolture and west to Samford, Dayboro and beyond. We believe Edwards to be the highest quality Australian made solar hot water system on the market and the only affordable on-roof system with a marine grade stainless steel tank. It also happens to be the most efficient system, as reflected by the government in awarding Edwards the highest rating (size for size) in renewable energy certificates (RECs). The higher the RECs, the more efficient the system.

Solar Photovoltaics
Solar power systems are becoming more viable for home owners with the technology becoming more cost effective and the government assistance available. Earthsave have a range of panels sourced from Asia and Australia and a local installer on board. We are not tied to any one manufacturer and are free to offer our clients the most appropriate technology for their needs.

Solar Pool Heating
For those households or businesses wanting to use the swimming pool all year round, we have a solution utilising the sun or the ambient air temperature to heat the water.

Solar Heat Pumps
Where solar panels on the roof are not an option, the heat pump is an energy efficient alternative. A heat pump operates like a refrigerator only in reverse; transferring the heat in the surrounding air to the stored water. The heat pump's use of refrigeration technology makes it extremely energy efficient - comparable to a solar water heater but without the need for collector panels - using approximately one third the energy of a conventional electric water heater.
We sell a range of heat pumps for varying situations. Heat pumps qualify for Renewable Energy Certificates and the new Federal Government's Solar Hot Water Rebate Programme (in the case of a domestic heat pump). These incentives make the systems very affordable and payback periods can be very short, especially in commercial situations.

Evaporative Cooling
Evaporative Air Conditioning is the most efficient whole of home cooling available and delivers clean, healthy, fresh air throughout each room.

Rebates & Finance
We offer point of sale rebates on the solar hot water systems and heat pumps, arrange all rebate paperwork for clients' easy submittal (where point of sale is not available) and can assist with a direct debit payment plan on some products.
