4MyEarth was created by Rebecca Hurst a busy mum of 3 young children after being feed up with plastic containers over ruling her cupboards and the frustration with trying to dry out plastic bags that could only be used so many times. In her research to finding an alternative to cling wrap and containers that her little ones had so much trouble opening the concept of using fabric was found and developed on.
After months of trying to find a suitable and eco friendly fabric that would keep food fresh and dry Rebecca found what she believes to be a great alternative to cling wrap and plastic bags that is non-toxic, Sandwich & Snack Wrap were launched. Since the very successful response to her wraps Rebecca has since added to her range a new style called Sandwich Pocket.
An important component for her was that the Wraps could be offered to schools for fundraising. So not only could she help give back to the community but could also offer parents and easy way for them to help our earth by cutting down of the amount of waste that we create.
Rebecca is now finding other alternatives to help make everyday tasks just that little bit more earth friendly, with everybody living such busy lives her products help achieve this with out too much fuss or inconvenience. So even the littlest actions done by one can help an overall problem when we all contribute.
