Jim and his wife Sylvia and their four children took a 'sea-change' almost seven years ago, moving from Gawler, their home of 17 years, to the Southern Vales and finally settling in the pretty town of McLaren Vale.

Jim says.. 'We have always loved the Southern coastal region, the Fleurieu Peninsula has the life style that we desired. The first year we moved South we went to the beach every day, rain, hail or shine. Some days we just sat in the car looking out at the stormy seas, enjoying hot chips and wondering why we didn't do this years ago!'

They haven't explored every pub or cafe, winery or art gallery dotted throughout the peninsula but they're working on it. Jim has operated his own business for twenty years with a strong focus on sales and marketing in the visual communication field. His skills with people and negotiation combined with his intense interest in Real Estate give him a unique edge.
