Fletcher Insulation, the largest manufacturer of insulation products in Australia has teamed up with Green Homes Australia to launch a unique Partnership Program for builders—providing all builders with the ability to now construct sustainable homes for their clients by working in partnership with Green Homes Australia. This followed after the recent launch of two well recognised sustainable display homes in regional NSW, which achieved 8.3 Star rating.

This partnership follows Fletcher’s recent announcement of becoming the first insulation manufacturer in Australia to achieve the Goon Environmental Choice Ecolabel Certification along with CodeMark & Globalmark certification for their Pink Batts and FatBatts range of residential insulation.

Given the detail behind green home design, the number of new green products hitting the market each month, and the knowledge required to use the right products in the right combination, builders may shy away from tackling green developments.
