The Hathay Bunano preschool is for children aged 3 - 6 and is provided free for women working with Hathay Bunano. We believe that it is our responsibility to enable women to be able to work and to help them with the barriers that prevent them from working. Hathay Bunano provide work which is flexible, the women start and end when convenient for them and bring their children with them. Children under 3 are cared for in the creche and children 3-6 years go to the preschool in the same building where the women are working. For children over 6 we have staff who help the women get their children into local free schools in the area since formal school starts at 6 years in Bangladesh.
